Application Engineering Senior Manager 高级应用工程经理

of Advanced Metal & Ceramics Powder Business Segment in China, focus on Tungsten / Tungsten Carbide metal powders 服务高级金属和陶瓷粉末业务部门，专注于钨粉/碳化钨粉末

Job Description 职位描述:

• Ensure technical progress and approvals, portfolio improvement with products and processing routes resulting in customized solutions.
• Support group/lab and guide coworkers to focus on EBIT and growth with value-add products.Manage group/lab and guide coworkers to focus on EBIT and growth with value-add products.
• Manage/support/participate in joint project work with R&D, operations, sales/marketing, customers and externals.
• Technical support for specific key markets/customer groups in specific regions.

Requirement 任职要求:

• Doctoral degree or University degree in natural sciences or engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in exactly the desired field and market environment. Person well known and accepted specialist in market.
• Fluent oral and written English
• Knowledge/experience in:

* Powder production methods

* powder processing technology

* metallurgy, physical chemistry, engineering

* customer relationship management
