Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
Assist the TFS Asia OpEx Deployment Champion in carrying out the customer service process improvement for China.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1.Identify roadblocks and issues in our organization that affect our ability to serve our customers. Looking from customers angle to tell our managers what we should do to make us a company which is very easy-to-do-business with.
2.Promote customer-focused culture
3.From our company customer service strategy and objectives, define customer service process improvement roadmap
4.Work with Business Operation and Lean Six Sigma team to define customer service process requirements and dashboards for CMS (Central Monitoring Service), ACVS (Access Control and Video Surveillance), Retail, Service and Maintenance businesses
5.Drive to establish and improve customer service processes. There is an opportunity for Green Belt and Black Belt training and Certification
6.Create and manage customer service reporting
7.Co-ordinate customer service publication
8.Conduct customer service process training, examination and certification
9.Co-ordinate and drive for China ISO 9000 certification
10.Establish and maintain customer service website
Skills & knowledge requirements:
1.Excellent computer competence, especially in Microsoft word, excel & PowerPoint.
2.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must and able to interact with all levels.
3.Able to work independently, highly motivated and follow through.
4.Keen to learn new things
5.Have knowledge of ISO 9000 quality system
6.Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
Experience/qualifications requirements:
1.University graduate or above in business, science or engineering.
2.Minimum 5 years’ working experience in business administration or engineering. Preference is given to people who has customer service or marketing research or Fire and Security business experiences
3.Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese. Can read, speak and write basic English.
