Job Responsibilities:
Monthly compensation calculation and distribution.
Payroll report, individual tax, social insurance (accumulation fund, retirement pension, medical insurance and unemployment insurance) transaction
Work with Finance team for monthly report include payroll & SSI reconciliation, forecast analysis, financial KPI report, etc.
Other benefits for employees (Labor Protection, High Temperature, Physical Check, Holiday Gifts, etc.)
Using SAP system for employee information input & monthly payroll calculation.
Provide AD-Hoc support as required.
implement to track and improve training process and effectiveness;
To handle new hires process and ensure to provide services with high quality, to provide standard HR matter operations
Assist to complete HR routine and relevant HR report
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above
HR or related field
Minimum 3 years C&B working experience
Fluent oral and written English skills
Good computer skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation tools
Problem analyzing / solving, decision making
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
High motivation
Professional in work area
