Responsibilities:
1.Designing, planning and implementation of simple production processes     
2.Planning, evaluation and procurement of equipment and systems in collaboration with internal and external agencies     
3.Management of and / or participation in projects for production optimisation and expansion     
4.Implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement and development of the manufacturing and production process     
5.Creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation     
6.Support the Technical department in Design for Manufacturing     
7.Staff training on Lean philosophy and Lean Enterprise     
      
Requirements:   
1.Good practical knowledge of modern production concepts (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)     
2.Profound IT user skills, Basic knowledge of SAP and ideally familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)     
3.Fluent English skills     
4.Motivated and dynamic team player with the ability to self-assigned tasks and projects forward     
5.Joy of communication and collaboration with various departments     
6.Innovative and creative thinking skills
