工作概述：
该职位的主要职能是负责区域内公司产品和服务的销售。需要有丰富的销售经验，同时能和客户维持良好关系，能完成公司制定的销售目标。此职位主要负责制造业工厂、酒店、商务楼大客户开发。负责公司产品：防盗设备和安防监控报警系统等；
岗位职责：
1.开拓潜在的销售机会。能根据每个客户的实际情况提供相应的产品和/或服务，能够通过陌生拜访或cold call挖掘潜在客户。
2.通过直接的销售活动，完成自己负责区域内的销售指标
3.解答关于公司的产品/服务的一些常见问题
4.向客户展示公司的产品和服务
5.接到销售订单后准备合同文件
6.处理工作订单和完成所有文件。
工作要求：
1.对公司产品的相关技术有一定了解
2.良好的沟通和演讲技巧
3.在团队中积极主动，有优秀的人际沟通技巧
4.大专或同等以上学历
5.1年以上同行业业务拓展的相关工作经验
