- 本科及以上学历，电气、给排水或相关专业毕业
Working experience工作经验：
- 3年及以上消防工程总承包和系统集成项目设计及现场工作经验，研究生以上学历可适当放宽
Knowledge知识：
- 具有丰富的本专业知识；良好的消防设计技术基础；掌握本专业消防工程类标准规范方面知识；了解本专业消防工程概预算方面知识
Skill and competency技能及任职能力：
- 懂得消防工程尤其是水系统技术
- 较强的计划能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力、解决问题能力及心理承受能力
- 较强的团队意识、良好人际关系
- 诚实守信，严谨的工作作风和认真负责的工作态度
- 熟练使用CAD制图软件及办公软件
- 肯吃苦，能够适应长期出差工作的需要
- 有建造师资格证书、注册消防工程师、注册电气/设备工程师证书者优先
- 对国际NFPA规范，FM要求有一定了解的优先
- 读写英语好的优先
Essential Job Responsibilities主要职责：
1.根据上级主管的安排，完成本专业的项目前期技术支持和施工图设计工作；
2.根据工作需求，合理安排个人工作计划，对承担工作任务的质量、进度和项目成本控制负责；
3.负责编制、自审技术交流方案、项目投标及澄清技术文件、施工图设计的关键设计中间文件和设计成品，并按校核和评审意见，完成技术方案和施工图纸的修订和升版工作；
4.编制施工图优化设计方案，并与营销负责人沟通后修订、定稿，报上级主管批准后执行，对承担任务的技术经济性负责；
5.参加设计交底工作，能独立处理施工、试运行、生产中的设计技术问题；
6.按照管理体系的要求，做好工作成品和关键的中间文件的整理存档工作；
7.完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
