1/ Consolidation- booking with carriers/ booking with OCS-FCL thru Seawarder, Release SO to CS Team. Pre-advices onboard confirmation thru Seawarder, shipping documents invoices, issue payment order
2/ Liaise with carriers on trucking arrangement
3/ Inform superiors of any irregularities and claims or problems that require assistance
4/ Incident management-handle carriers inquiries, complaints
5/ Carry out approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures and system made by superior.
6/ Liaise with carriers on equipment, transportation, handle DG & special equipment shipment
7/ Update and inform superior of forecasted and resources requirement for capacity planning / capacity management and resources allocation with carriers
8/ To take up additional tasks as assigned, back up for other team members when necessary
9/ Execute carrier policy within PA group policy, review and measure the performance of carriers
10/ Monitor and secure carrier allocations and operation efficiency
