Primary duties and responsibilities:
-develops regional business plan and strategies
-analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of the operation to ensure that established objectives are met
-establishes budgets and controls expenses of the office
-manages and maintains a balanced organization possessing the necessary flexibility, skills and structures to support short and long-term requirements

Experience/qualifications requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business, Trade, Mechanics, etc.
-8 years or above experience in products sales, distribution and dealer management and development,5 years or above in sales & marketing team management
-Sense of self-discipline, ability to work independently, accepting frequent business trips
-Good communication, organization and managerial skills, team spirit
-Outstanding leadership strength
-Problem-solution orientation and structural thinking
-Fluent in English(spoken and written)
