1. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·To be fully responsible for assigned top line and bottom line finance budget for International Freight Service

·To grow international freight service through securing new business, growing current book of business

·To be responsible for vendor logistics, network sale

·To do the team sell together with APL sales whenever possible

·To closely work with local carrier negotiation lead in order to build up close rapport with the steamship lines in the local level not just for the purpose of enhancement of our local pricing procurement power but space and equipment protection whenever necessary

·To be capable to do solution sale rather than transactional sale to prove APLL value in front of customers

·To achieve better working efficiency and practice to better manage the workload and requirement in order to stay focus

·To do the local procurement for freight rate if necessary as a supplementary of procurement made by the Corporate Procurement Team

·To have market intelligence, such as competitor info, local market practice

·To penetrate the current booking of biz in order to maximize the share and at the same time to identify new opportunities

2.SKILLS REQUIREMENT

·Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain ( preferred ) or International Shipping at least

·5 years in Logistics industry with international FF and supply chain solution experience

·Strong interactive communication skills, ex-tensive supply chain product knowledge, fluent in English and Mandarin, good presentation skill with excel & power point knowledge

·Result oriented, ability to manage the pressure, good influencing capabilities, strong business sense and good problem solving skill
