【Your Responsibility/岗位职责】
1. As the main interface person between company and the customers, make sure and enhance the customers’ Satisfaction, feedback the customer’s concern positively, and coordinate the communication between company and customers closely.
- 作为整个项目中公司同客户的首要联系人，确保及寻求提升客户满意度，同时积极反馈客户的意见，并协调公司内外部的紧密配合；
2.Follow the project site schedule, control the project risk and improve the project profit.
- 在项目执行中跟进项目的现场进度，降低风险并提升利润；
3.Make sure the project KPI by excellent planning, supervising, controlling.
- 计划、监督及控制项目的进度来确保要求及业务指标得以保障；
4. Responsible for the factory acceptance test and manufacture supervisor from customers, Arrange the Site service with after sales service department.
- 负责客户的来厂项目验收及监造工作，协调售后服务部安排售后现场服务；
5. Responsible for the project payment collection.
- 负责项目货款回收；
6. Assist the financial department to evaluate the project risk, analyze the cost, control the cost.
- 协助财务部对项目进行风险评估、成本分析及控制。
【Qualification and requirements/岗位要求】
1. Project management certification is preferred.
- 持有项目管理证书优先考虑；
2.Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English and Chinese.
- 具有熟练的英语或中文听说读写沟通能力；
3.Electrical Engineering background or relevant degree in engineering, good knowledge about power products.
- 电气工程或相关专业，熟悉电力产品设备；
4. 5~10 years in project management experience, oversea project experience is preferred.
- 5~10年的项目管理经验，有海外项目管理经验者优先；
5. Good office software tools knowledge, such as Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP.
- 具有良好的办公软件应用能力，如 Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP 等。
