As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various medium voltage switchgear products, life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Company Manager/JV Manager, you will prepare price lists for review and approval and delivers customer quotations. Contributing to the preparation of marketing tools to support the business and the Sales organizations.

- Supporting the medium voltage switchgear product development process from project specification to product launch. Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of new products
- Collaborating with internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction. Assisting with the resolution of customer product issues and may accompany internal partners to customer sites
- Collaborating to define marketing plans to promote sales activities
- Participating in determining sales targets for the sales force
- Delivering new product training to internal teams and customers
- Preparing pricelists for review and approval and delivers customer quotations. Contributing to the preparation of marketing tools to support the business and the Sales organizations
- Preparing various analyses by market, product, and competitors. Collaborating with internal teams to share data as needed
- Proposing new product development or product enhancements to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs. Contributing to the definition of new product technical characteristics by providing specific expertise

- 3years Product Management or Engineering or R&D experience
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
- Communication/coordination skills cross-function in both Chinese and English preferred
- A Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical
- Result-orientated and very responsible
- Strong ability to solve conflicts
