Job Responsibility:

1. Participation as Regulatory Affairs Part in local R&D projects (R&D China).

2. Participate in R&D project meetings as Regulatory Affairs specialist. 

3. Prepare Regulatory Affairs documents as part of the R&D project, according to Ambu Quality System (clarification and conclusion of regulatory affairs, label review, Packaging directive documentation, MDD checklist, Canada Checklist, 510 (k) etc).

4. Follow regulatory requirements relevant for products produced in Ambu China. 

5. Preparation and maintenance of STED documentation (and other registration documentation) on products produced in China.

6. Prepare and maintain STED file both as part of R&D projects and after release, as a result of design changes. 

7. Prepare ad hoc registration documentation according to specific country requests. 

8. Evaluation and implementation of Design Change Requirement/Design Change Order (DCR/DCO) on products produced in China (where design responsibility is handed over to R&D China).

9. Evaluate regulatory consequences of DCR/DCO’s, according to Ambu Quality System. 

10. Implement the needed regulatory actions required as part of the DCR/DCO (update MDD checklist, documentation of 510 (k) evaluation, label-review, new registration files etc.) . 

11. Registration on selected markets.

12. Responsible for the registration process of products produced in Ambu China on selected markets/countries. 

13. Follow registration requirements on selected markets/countries. 

14. Ensure updated and valid export certificates, free sale certificates, business licenses. 

15. Legalisation of various documents according to specific requests. 

16. Support Regulatory Affairs in Denmark on regulatory projects relevant for products produced in Ambu China.

17. Ensure implementation of new regulatory requirements to existing products relevant for products produced in Ambu China (new standard requirements, new EU directives, new guidelines etc). 

18. Continuous communication with and reporting to Corporate Regulatory Affairs in Denmark. 

19. Handling of regulatory requirements and issues related to Chinese CFDA.

20. Support work related to Chinese regulations in Ambu Trade.

Minimum Competency(s):      

1.1~2 years working experience in Quality

2.Bachelor’s Degree in any science discipline

3.Good communication skills both orally and verbally in English

4.Familiar with MS Office, eg. Excel, Word and Power Point
