岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. As Project Manager you implement projects in the product development involving all required multi-local resources to meet the customer requirements.

在产品研发过程中与公司内部各相关部门沟通协调，统筹资源，满足客户需求，保证项目顺利进行。

2. You harmonize and define the technical requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptions.

根据已定义的项目描述，与客户协调并确定技术要求。

3. You are responsible for the agreed targets in terms of project quality, costs and timing, with the client using existing methods by arrangement with the relevant or superior departments.

根据实际情况协调安排相关部门的工作，确保项目在质量、成本和时间方面都能达到既定的目标。

4. You plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.

合理计划内、外部的资源，包括根据个人的潜质和能力指定团队成员及分派工作包。

5. You assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.

协调公司内部人员、客户和特殊部门的沟通。

6. You make the project controlling in the form of reviews （final and intermediate reports） with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadline targets.

根据与客户协商好的质量、成本和时间的目标，定期审查（最终和中级报告），控制项目在确定的预算范围内。

7. You make make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project （operating equipment, investments etc.） in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior.

根据项目需要（操作设备、投资等），与项目团队和项目采购沟通合作，合理安排人员，做出制造或购买决定。

8. Other job assigned by Department Manager.

部门经理安排的其他工作。
