职责描述

• 协助总部根据公司在中国的总体目标，制定和实施多渠道数字营销战略

• 与品牌经理合作，通过各种新媒体渠道包括但不限于微信（必须）、微博、领英、抖音等，撰写和传播高质量内容；同时负责新媒体渠道的维护，以增加粉丝/订阅者数量

• 充当品牌监护人，确保根据公司品牌准则和当地法规管理中国的所有营销活动

• 协助公司在中国参加的各类展会和其他销售营销活动，如与展会组织者、广告公司、供应商等进行联络。

• 管理、维护和升级公司的中文网站

• 跟踪和报告营销活动 KPI

• 发掘公关/媒体机会，并与行业领导者互动

• 协助文档和内容的翻译

• 其它职责，以支持公司在中国业务需求

任职要求

• 全日制本科或以上学历，市场营销和/或公共关系或其他相关专业

• 3 至 5 年的相关数字营销经验；B2B 领域经验尤佳

• 具备基本的HTML文本知识，熟练掌握微信（必须）、微博、领英、抖音等新媒体渠道的内容创作和发布；

• 熟练使用Photoshop、InDesign 和Illustrator（至少其中一个）
  

• 优秀的中文文案撰写能力，为不同行业制作高质量的内容

• 优秀的中英文沟通能力，尤其是阅读和写作，能够与公司总部和国内销售团队进行专业交流

• 熟悉网站关键词优化（SEO）

• 良好的组织能力，能在压力下完成各项工作内容

• 能够行使高度的自主性，同时在基于团队的环境中有效工作

• 细致耐心

Reports to

Trade Marketing Manager

**1 year contract, extention of contract could be further negotiated upon 1-year contract expired.

Responsibilities and duties

• Assist Head Office to develop and implement omni-channel digital marketing strategies in line with the company’s overall goals in China

• Work with Brand Manager to produce & disseminate high-quality content via different new media channels, including but not limited to WeChat (essential), Weibo, LinkedIn, Douyin, etc. as well as manage these channels to increase followers/subscribers

• Act as brand guardian and ensure all marketing activity in China is managed according to the Quintis brand guidelines and local regulations

• Support trade shows and other sales marketing campaigns in China, such as liaising with trade show organisers, advertising agencies and vendors, etc.

• Manage, maintain and/or upgrade the company’s Chinese website

• Track and report marketing campaign ROIs

• Identify PR/editorial opportunities and engage with industry leaders

• Assist with document and content translations

• Perform other responsibilities required to support the company’s business in China

Qualifications and experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, and/or public relations or other related fields

• 3 to 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in the B2B space

• Basic HTML knowledge and very familiar with creating and disseminating content via new media channels such as WeChat (essential), Weibo, LinkedIn, Douyin, etc.

• Familiar with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (at least one of them)

• Strong Chinese copy writing skills to produce high-quality content for different industries

• Strong communications skills in both Chinese and English, especially reading and writing with the ability to interact professionally with Head Office and industry experts

• Familiar with website SEO

• Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

• Ability to exercise high levels of autonomy, while at the same time working effectively in a team-based environment

• Thorough, with excellent attention to detail

• Industry knowledge in TCM, handicraft, cosmetics, wellness or fine fragrance is a plus
