You will be responsible to manage the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in term of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries. You will manage the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in term of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries.This is a Project Manager role, reporting to Project Management Office Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Xiamen, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

- Managing project execution from contract signed until final acceptance.
- Following up on production schedule to ensure the timely and qualified delivery, communicating and coordinating with the customer, sales, engineering, finance, production, QC and service people for the project execution (including payment, engineering, factory acceptance test, goods delivery and commissioning support etc.).
- Clarifying the project open issues, evaluating the project risks and managing the project risks, managing variation order, evaluating cost and delivery impact.
- Reporting the project data and statistic and providing progress report to the concerned stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining ABB/Customer relationship, ensuring Customer satisfaction, managing/leading project team to ensure project success and team spirit.
- Ensuring quality/continuous performance.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in electrical engineering or related.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g. Ms Project, SAP).
- Being customer-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
