职位目的：负责维护、更新、改造以及升级缝纫设备，以提升设备良率、效率和安全。

具体职责：

1.负责公司设备的设计方案确认、引进、安装调试、验收、维修、改造。

2.筹公司的设备管理，建立及管理设备相关档案。

3.制定各类设备的点检及保养办法；负责对设备维护保养计划的制订、安排和协调。

4.建立及维护设备操作指导程序；组织制订设备的安全操作规程。

5.负责设备重大故障的分析与处理。

6.对生产设备的不良状况进行分析改善，以降低设备故障率，提高设备使用效能。

7.管理设备零配件的安全库存，确保生产正常运行。

8.实施设备改善项目，并及时校正机台以提升设备效能；配合其他工程人员对产品工艺成本降低专案及优化工作环境。

9.提升维修人员专业技能。

10.良好的安全和风险管理意识。

11.其它及临时交办事项。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，机械自动化相关专业。

2.三年以上缝纫设备技改相关经验。

3.英文CET-4，基本的英语口语沟通。

4.熟练掌握Office，Autocad，SolidWorks等工作软件。

Job Purpose:

Be responsible for equipment maintenance, renew, modification and upgrade. To keep equipment operating in good condition, high efficiency and safety. 

Specific Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for equipment design confirmation, introduction, assembly, debug, acceptance, maintenance and modification.

2. Responsible for equipment management, setup and manage equipment profile. 

3. Setup equipment check list and maintenance solution； Responsible for equipment maintenance plan define, implementation and coordination.

4. Create and maintain equipment working instruction； Create equipment safety operation regulation.

5. Responsible for trouble shooting for major equipment failure. 

6. Analyse the equipment defects information and make improvements to reduce equipment failure rate and improve equipment operating efficiency.

7. Manage the safety stock of spare part to keep the smooth production. 

8. Implement equipment improvement project, and timely calibrate the machine to improve machine efficiency； Work with other engineering personnel to develop the solution for reducing cost and optimizing the working environment.

9. Promote the skill of maintenance personnel. 

10. Good Safety and risk management awareness.

11. Other task as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree and Major in Mechanical ＆ automation related.

2. More than 3 years experience in sewing Equipment technical improvement.

3. CET-4, basic oral English communication is required.

4. Familiar with working software, e.g. office, Autocad, Solidworks.
