1. Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EH&S policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.

4. Based on the company related policy establishment, safeguarding and the development sale network, is responsible for the business agent the development, training, the appraisal and the surveillance.
依据公司相关政策建立、维护和发展销售网络,负责代理商的开发、培训、评估和监督。
5. The formulation governs the area sales program, advances the channel to achieve the sales target, is responsible for the channel sales result;
制定所辖区域销售计划,推进渠道达成销售目标,对渠道销售业绩负责;
6. Holds the business agent and the regional smooth communication channel
保持代理商和区域间顺畅的信息交流渠道。
7. Coordinated channel conflict;
协调渠道冲突 ;
8.Is responsible for the project collection of information, grasps governs the area market the project information, guaranteed that has the clear understanding to the market absorption capacity;
负责项目信息收集,掌握所辖区域市场的项目信息,保证对市场容量有清晰的认识;
9.Carries on the project registration, the track, the sale in the E system to support and to participate in the project negotiations, the contract sign and contract fulfillment coordinated;
在E系统内进行项目登记、跟踪评审进程并参与项目谈判、合同签订及合同履行中的协调;
10.Manufacture text information and so on quoted price book, tender, contract;
制作报价书、投标书、合同等文本资料;
11. The prompt analysis project success and failure's reason, proposed that the corrective measure and the recommendation and submit the project summary report to the higher authority manager;
及时分析项目成功和失败的原因,提出改进措施和建议并向上级主管提交项目总结报告 ;
12. The collection competitor's product, the price, the policy information, coordinate the formulation feasible emergency measure with the marketing department;
收集竞争对手的产品、价格、政策信息,与市场部配合制定可行的应变措施 ;
13.Submits the concerned business agent, the project management, the contract management and the market information report
提交有关代理商、项目管理、合同管理和市场信息报告。
14.Is responsible for the earnest money, raise lends and deliveries the work site funds the recycling, holds with the client, business agent's contact.
负责定金、提货款及货到工地款的回收,保持与客户、代理商的联络。
15.Coordinates to install the surveillance, the Vyborg personnel and should receive money special commissioner and the business agent and the client coordinated work.
配合安装监督、维保人员及应收款专员与代理商和客户的协调工作。
16.Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
