Responsibilities:

?  Guide scrum team on agile/scrum practices and values

?  Facilitate effective and efficient meetings and Scrum rituals including Release and Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily standup, help team to meet DOR on time

?  Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments as required

?  Maintain/Improve transparency into the team’s work through product and sprint backlogs, radiate information and communication.

?  Able to identify, track and resolve project issues/risks independently

? Improve velocity of development teams at a sustainable pace.

?  Support continuous process improvement within the team

?  Visualize team's work and keep a transparent report to teams and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

 

?  Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum knowledge, and work experience with Agile/Scrum/XP/Kanban/LeSS is a plus

? Effective communication skill and strong interpersonal skill

?  Strong ownership and commitment to teamwork

?  Verbal & Written English: fluent

?  Computer Science background is preferred
