Job Purpose/ 职位目的:

    Responsible for all types of IT Business System support but not limited to application.

    负责支持所有类型的IT业务系统，但不限于业务系统。  

Specific Accountabilities/ 具体职责:

1. Perform routine system administration and maintenance on local or remote locations.

   能够在办公室或者远程日常系统管理和维护。

2. Keep documentation up to date for supported systems.

   保证系统支持文档的更新。

3. Proactively analyse, troubleshoots and resolves IT business system issues. 

   主动分析、检查、解决IT 业务系统问题。

4. Perform IT business system upgrading, training, documentation, monitoring and analysis.

   执行IT业务系统升级、培训、记录文档、监控和分析。

5. Break-fix on IT business systems.

   IT业务系统的故障修复。

6. Conduct user training from time to time.

   定期进行用户培训。

7. Collect and Analysis user requirements

   收集、分析用户需求

8. Write user requirement documents

   填写用户需求文档

9. Liaise with local software vendor for bug fixing and new requirement quotation.

   与本地软件供应商联系，进行系统错误修复，以及新的需求报价。

10. Work on testing and valuation the logic of new system or new development.

    新系统或原有系统新增的用户需求的测试及验证工作

11. Work on IT related ad-hoc project from time to time.

    处理与IT相关的临时项目

12. Other work assigned by the supervisor

    上级领导安排的其它临时事项。

 

Education level/ 受教育水平: Computer or related major Bachelor Degree or above

计算机及相关专业，本科以上学历

Experience/经验:

• Minimum of 10 years in ERP, MES.

      至少有10年的维护ERP以及MES系统的相关工作经验，

• Minimum of 5 year in Microsoft SQL Server maintenance and SQL Scripts development.

      至少有5年的关于Microsoft SQL Server一个SQL脚本开发的工作经验

• Minimum of 2 year in office automation.

      至少有2年OA系统维护的经验

• Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio tool & processes.

      微软SQL Server管理工具的使用及业务处理。

• Microsoft D365 implement and maintenance is added advantages.

      具有微软D365实施及维护的经验为优。

Language/ 语言水平:

  Effective English communication (written& verbal) ability

   良好的英文读、写、听、说能力

Computer/ 计算机水平:

   Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office software

   熟练使用Office办公软件

Competencies胜任能力：

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, good learning ability and service awareness

  良好的沟通、理解能力，有亲和力，有服务意识。
