主要工作职责：
- 与集团内部相关公司沟通，确认工作流程，并确保流程与政策执行的一致性；
- 为集团内部相关公司提供相关的薪酬福利方面的咨询 ；
- 负责员工薪酬福利数据的维护；
- 参与相关工作流程优化，效率提升等内部项目；
- 参与薪酬福利的实施与改进
岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求:
-全日制本科学历
-具备良好的英语沟通和读写能力
-至少一年相关人事薪酬或数据处理经验，有共享服务中心工作经验的优先考虑
-了解劳动合同法及相关法律、法规
-熟练使用微软办公软件，特别是excel 操作
-良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力
-具有较强的学习能力、能快速适应新环境及一定的抗压力
-善于沟通，主动、积极、负责
-良好的服务意识及保密意识
-使用过用友人事系统或SAP 系统的优先考虑职能类别：人事专员
