岗位职责：
1.确保员工和公司的费用、付款凭证正确并及时地录入ERP系统；
2.根据公司的政策核对雇员的费用保险单据；
3.准确答复内部员工和外部经销商关于付款和发票的询问；
4.给予员工关于费用报销的培训；
5.准备每月报到和分析，对帐；
6.文件存档和管理；
7.固定资产日常管理；
8.其他布置的任务。

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，财务、会计相关专业毕业；3年以上企业会计工作经验，有零售经验者优先；
2.熟悉国家财务政策、会计法规，了解税务法规和相关税收政策；
3.熟悉银行结算业务和报税流程；
4.熟练使用财务软件和办公软件；
5.工作认真细心、责任心强；
6.为人正直、敢于坚持原则；
7.具有良好的团队协作精神；
8.良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
9.良好的英语口头及书写能力。
