岗位职责：

1) 根据公司业务发展及个人绩效目标，在确保内部合规的情况下，为百威集团内部提供及时准确的薪资核算等相关工作。

2) 为集团内部相关公司提供相关人事业务流程方面的咨询。

3) 负责或参与系统优化、业务流程优化、报表或数据分析工作

4) 参与人事信息系统的实施与改进。

5) 持续改进业务流程或系统优化，并提供相应业务流程培训教材或操作文档。

6) 完成上级主管分配的其他工作任务

任职要求：

1） 本科以上学历，专业不限。

2） 至少3年相关人事薪酬或数据处理经验，有共享服务中心工作经验的优先考虑。

3） 了解劳动合同法及相关法律、法规

4） 熟练使用微软办公软件，特别是excel 操作

5） 良好的问题分析、数据分析能力和逻辑思考能力

6） 良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力

7） 具有较强的学习能力、能快速适应新环境及一定的抗压力

8） 善于沟通，主动、积极、负责

9） 良好的服务意识及保密意识

10）使用过用友人事系统或SAP 系统的优先考虑
