ABB Power Grids offers power and automation products, systems and service solutions across the generation, transmission and distribution value chain - enabling a stronger, smarter and greener power grid.

- Check PR from plants, create PO by following the instruction of SOP and release the PO to suppliers. Send PO related drawing to suppliers.
- Follow and maintain PO's OA and coordinate to get OTD from supplier.
- Receive PO change application from plants, drive suppliers to meet the change request, maintain SAP and give feedback to applicants if necessary.
- NCR handling, GR issue and invoice issue handling. Payment in time.
- Finish reports in agreed timeline. Achieve KPIs.
- Support to drive performance improvement of suppliers with low performance.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Logistics, and other Engineering Major.
- Having purchasing experience is preferred.
- Proficient at ERP skill, with SAP system skill is preferred.
- Fluent in written, listening, verbal and reading English along with CET-4 level and above.
- Good at communication, careful, patient, with good customer service awareness.
