Act as business SCM partner coordinating new product development and realization, sourcing and purchasing, continuously improvement in material cost and supplier performance; Responsible for assigned category material sourcing and supplier management.

- Lead SCM sourcing engineers to ensure on time and on cost sourcing activities for new product development and realization, driving product material cost reduction by both commercial or technical improvement actions to meet business and product requirement;
- Coordinate daily project requirement sourcing activities and supplier performance management to ensure smooth project delivery and factory operations;
- Implementing category strategy, be responsible for sourcing including supplier selection and commercial negotiation, supplier and components qualification, continuously driving cost reduction and reducing supply risk.

- Min. Education should be bachelor’s in engineering.
- 5 years of experience required as per relevant skills.
- Functional Knowledge/Skill like power distribution product, mechanical or electrical components manufacturing process knowledge; Strong project management, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- English speaking and writing skills required.
- Must be well organized, result driven, like challenge, integrity
