Actively study the new equipment & new technology to prepare for the automation & intelligent factory set up together with Industrial Engineering team.
Daily maintenance management and monitoring equipment performance (OEE).
Work out equipment maintenance & optimization plan and implement it, to improve the reliability, efficiency and safety of the equipment.

- New equipment & new technology study to prepare for the automation & intelligent factory and daily maintenance management and monitoring equipment performance.
- Safety owner and TPM management and implementation on equipment and failure analysis and quick trouble shooting ASAP.
- Improving equipment availability, production efficiency by optimizing equipment and fixture from overall point of view.
- Implementing effective RCA to track improvement performance and setting up effective KPI's to follow up equipment downtime reduction and cost saving.
- New production line setup together with Industrial Engineering team for intelligent manufacturing and Spare parts management to balance cost and safety stock.

- Must have bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation.
- 5+ years of experience in intelligent manufacturing, equipment development, equipment automation and related field.
- Very good electrical safety sense and fully understand on electrical safety rules.
- Know well about Intelligent Manufacturing (lean production, automation) and familiar with electrical control principle, PLC system, serve motor control.
- Good knowledge in medium voltage switchgear is preferred.
- Should be fluent in English for oral and written skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordinating skill.
- Good team-working spirit and ability to work independently under strong pressure and result-oriented mindset and focus on daily execution.
