Accountabilities:

• Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operations service to account;
• Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline;
• Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Trucking Fleet arrangement, Export Declaration process, Warehouse stuffing process, etc;
• Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, Invoices, B/L, Export documents, etc;
• Well doing daily performance list for management review.
• Well communicating internally and externally.

Requirements:

• College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;
• Holding Customs broker qualification license is preferred;
• Good command of both oral and written English;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
• Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;
• Must be a team player.
