工作内容：
1.执行部门日常行政事务，如行程安排，部门报销等事务；
2.执行部门项目活动，如部门报告，合同倡议书，销售合同报价，销售合同设置，归档等问题，确保整个项目文件的完成；
3.培训项目的跟进，如课件的编辑，管理，更新，维护，培训合同的管理，档案管理，培训老师的培训协议制定，排期安排，报销，费用的管理，付款的跟进等；
4.跟进纠正/预防措施，归档文件和记录；
5.对审核人员资质维护，管理和办理等；
6.处理客户投诉并与内部部门沟通；
7.收集收入和分成本并及时汇报；
8.维护系统以确保数据的准确性和更新；
9.执行日常活动，根据管理体系要求（包括质量、安全、ISO17020等）确保绩效管理系统排列；
10.公司交办的其他工作

岗位要求：
1.教育背景：本科以上学历，行政管理，会计等相关专业
2.工作经验：有3年以上行政支持工作经验
3.良好的沟通协调能力，条理清晰，责任心强，具有一定数据分析能力
4.良好的英语语言能力
5.PC（如微软和Siebel系统）技能
6.身体健康
