Responsibility

A Manufacturing Engineering

1 Agreeing and following up targets with the Project Manager or the Operations Readiness Manager in terms of quality, costs and timing in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration

2 Executing in the development of production methods taking the market development for production systems into account and check new systems for their suitability and applicability as set by Hella specific constrains and legal requirements

3 Prepare suggestions for design of components suitable for production in accordance with manufacturing requirements identifying concrete potentials for saving based on the idea of TCO (total cost of ownership); inspiring design or manufacturing engineering changes

4 Plan complex operating equipment based on capacity and staff deployment plans to be drawn up; define type, extent, and number necessary production equipment (including auxiliary and series tools, jigs, testing equipment, special machines); arrange the procurement and/or production of the specified operating equipment

5 Determine available internal capacities for the construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs and prepare suggestions for internal or external procurement

6 Define and describe manufacturing sequences, manufacturing capacities and operating equipment data taking into account the planning variables to be determined (workflows, planned times, batch sizes); prepare manufacturing plans using existing systems and methods

7 Plan new manufacturing sequences and operating equipment with the help of existing manufacturing processes, taking knowledge from the field of work science, production engineering and economics into

account, as well as guidelines and standards. Use digitization to increase efficiency and robustness (e.g. MES, Hydra, iTAC)

8 Continual editing, interpretation and implementation of relevant technical information from internal and external partners as well as coordination and implementation of process and production equipment changes

9 Evaluate risks using the process FMEA and taking customer requirements into consideration as well as developing and implementation of improvement actions

10 Prepare, update and manage production and quality related documentation according to the guidelines as well as creating and updating the production master data

11 Involvement in internal and external pre-series audits in production and quality assurance, as well as supporting series auditing in agreement with the superior if appropriate

12 Plan and coordinate the preparation of (initial) samples including component recording and provision; monitoring the production of (initial) samples and carrying out acceptance test checks; if appropriate initiating design changes in agreement with the project team

13 Involvement in and/or implementation of defined escalation scenarios whenever deviations from targets occur in manufacturing engineering; showing existing alternative solutions

14 Involvement in change management (EOP control, costing, feasibility analysis, scheduling etc.)

B Projecting

1 Participate in technical projects teams according to the Hella PEP resp. PMH regulations

2 Responsibility for the monitoring of the used technologies, processes and production equipment in the running production as well as suggestion and implementation of improvement / cost reduction action (continuous improvement) with the target to reach the relevant performance KPIs

3 Establishing, developing and supporting the global and regional networks

4 Collaboration and contributing in global and regional networks and teamstructures (e.g. as part of a technology network)

Requirements
1. Good English skills for both written and speaking
2. Related 5 - 8 yrs working experience toward manufacturing and maintenance
3. Prefer auto industry and project management experience is a plus

HED坐落于厦门火炬高新区同集园集成路1446号厂房***层，其致力于汽车继电器等汽车电器及汽车电子控制产品，主要生产S2,Micro等型号的继电器，广泛地应用在汽车的控制系统、门锁系统、车窗升降、天窗控制、座椅调节、车灯控制、冷却系统、ABS系统，也可用于工程车辆及其他自动化控制设备中。

 

公司主要客户有上海大众，一汽大众，上海通用，现代汽车等整车厂；德尔福汽车线束，汕头YAZAKI等汽车配件一级供应商。

 

Hella(Xiamen) Electronic Device Co., LTD(Abbreviation HED) was co-founded by Hella Group. It registering at Xiamen in August 2011. It produce automotive relays and other automotive electronics control products. Its shareholder is Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. is a wordwide level automotive electronics supplier. It posses leading automotive electronic design, development and manufacturing technology.

HED is located at 1st floor NO.1446, Jicheng RD, Tongji Park, Huoju Gaoxin Dist, Xiamen. HED will produce automotive relays and other automotive electric equipment, automotive electronic control products. It mainly produce S2, Micro and other type of relays. These relays are widely used at automotive control system, lockstitch of door, car window’s up-down, top window’s controlling, chai’s adjustment, car light’s controlling, cooling system, ABS system. And these relays may also be used in engineering car and other automation control equipments.

The company’s main customer is VW Shanghai, VW Yiqi, GM Shanghai, Morden Car and other OEM plant; Delphi automotive’s wire harness, Shantou YAZAKI and other automotive replacement tier 1 supplier.
