Responsibilities:

工作职责：

- Coordinate with QC in YL plant on special panels for NOVOFIBRE finished products.
与杨凌工厂质检部门协调监管用于生产诺菲博尔深加工产品所需专用板材的质量；

- Inspect each delivery of special panels to OEM in respect of quantity, packaging, appearance and etc.
检查监管每批加工的专用板材，包括：数量、包装、外观等等；

- Coordinate with OEM QC closely for process inspection to avoid any defective raw materials being used .
与委托加工厂的质检部门紧密配合监管生产加工过程，防止加工过程中使用了不合格的原材料。

- Supervise OEM manufacturing process timely.
随时监管委托加工厂生产过程；

- Inspect finished products before packaging.
在每批产品加工完成后包装前对产品进行抽检；

- Supervise raw materials until packaging is managed in order and properly in OEM.
监管存放在委托加工厂中的原材料仓储状况；

- Help OEM optimize the process and QC to reduce reject ratio.
帮助委托加工优化生产工艺与质量控制，降低废品率；

- Coordinate with product development dept. any defects and technical requirements or improvements.
有关任何质量瑕疵、技术要求与技术改进与产品研发部沟通；

- Coordinate with logistic dept. on finished products stored in order.
有关库存原材料与物流部门协调；

- Travel if necessary.

Requirements:

要求：

- High responsible sense
高度责任心；

- Good communication skill
很好的沟通能力；

- Bachelor or above degree
学士学位或以上学位；

- Engineer degree preferred
工程师职称优先考虑；

- Experience in PU/UV coating preferred.
具有PU/UV油漆涂饰工艺者优先考虑；

- Experience in QC for board industry, furniture industry, flooring industry preferred.
具有人造板材、家具、地板行业的质检经验者优先考虑；

Product Profile

集团在陕西杨凌国家级农业高新技术产业示范区建设了全球第一条年产六万立方米定向结构麦秸板生产线。
The company has invested the world’s first OSSB production line, with a production capacity of 60,000 m3 annually, in the national Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstrative Zone of Shaanxi Province.

生产线应用加拿大阿尔伯塔研究院的专利技术，利用天然小麦秸秆为原材料，辅以无甲醛的胶黏剂，经过一整套加工工艺热压而成的一种多层结构板材。这种板材具有结构强度高、承载性能强、甲醛“零”排放、握钉力出色、防潮防虫、易于加工等特性，可以广泛应用于建筑工程、室内装潢、家具地板、包装行业等领域。
Licensed exclusively by Alberta Research Council Canada, this line can produce a multi-layer structural panel by processing natural wheat straw glued with a formaldehyde-free adhesive. This panel, applauded for its performance in terms of structural strength, loading capacity, formaldehyde-free, nail holding, and workability. Can be applied in construction, interior decoration, furniture, flooring, packaging, etc.

诺菲博尔生态板实现了麦秸秆的循环利用和节材代木，不仅有利于保护森林资源，而且有效地减少了秸秆焚烧带来的环境污染问题，秸秆回收又可以为农民增收开辟了新途径。
Novofibre ecological panels help recycling straw and saving wood; protecting forest resources, avoiding pollution caused by burning straw and allowing local farmers to increase their income.

诺菲博尔生态板以其出色的低碳环保概念成为万科馆独家供应商；在2011 年西安世园会上，诺菲博尔生态板被应用于杨凌园的设计之中，倡导低碳环保生活新风尚。
 Novofibre was selected as the exclusive supplier for VanKe Pavilion, dedicated to the promotion of low carbon industries and environmental protection; in the International Horticultural Expo Xian 2011, Novofibre ecological panels have been used into the Yangling Garden for the same reason.
