岗位职责：
1）支持团队领导提供可视性的售点服务热线接听和售点推荐指数调研数据。
2）支持B2B POC售点服务热线日常运营，包括但不仅限于接听电话，外拨跟进NPS售点推荐指数调研问题，维护数据，跟进反馈，以及重大问题升级等。
3）支持售点来电要求帮忙创建订单
4）引导售点自助在售点平台创建订单
5）辅助执行和监控流程（流程异常时需及时反馈上级领导)
6）提供问题管理所需的准确售点相关问题和NPS售点推荐指数信息，达成服务相关SLA/KPI指标
7）执行经理指派的其他工作包括但不限于跨部门协助，员工培训等。

工作要求：

(1) 2年或以上的热线工作经验，有高级客服岗位经验***； (2) excel熟练，能运用数据透视表等； (3) 良好的服务意识和沟通技巧 (4) 良好的团队合作精神和责任心 (5) ***有快速消费品行业工作经历
