工作职责：
1、负责韩国全职员工与合同工的薪酬管理；
2、整合奖励机制，保持有竞争力的奖励机制；
3、帮助公司以合适的成本留住人才；
4、熟悉薪酬和奖金计划，劳动法和所有与薪酬相关的法规；
5、薪酬（包括月工资,奖励奖金，固定奖金和所有津贴）的计算和支付；
6、薪酬主数据管理，薪酬合同管理；
7、以及公司分配的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、3-5年薪酬工作经验，尤其熟悉韩国薪酬流程/制度
3、语言要求：韩语流利，有英语基础优先；
4、熟悉使用办公软件，特别是Excel和PPT；
5、分析和系统的思考能力；
6、注重细节和准确性；
7、良好的国际客户关系；
8、具备优秀的沟通技巧。
