职责描述：

1.依据公司销售目标及策略，负责客户的开发及管理，与团队一起完成公司的销售指标；

2.持续不断地寻找和定期拜访潜在客户，开发并建立好信任关系，介绍公司的服务产品，传递公司的服务价值；

3.开发和提升客户的需求、根据客户的需求，制定公司专业的项目服务解决方案；

4与.运作、人力资源、财务等部门积极密切合作，给出专业的服务计划书或投标报价方案；

5 完成领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. ***本科及以上学历,专业不限；

2. 有医院业务销售等相关销售工作经验优先；

3. 勤奋、刻苦并有饱满的工作热情；

4. 具有敬业精神，有强烈的进取心和竞争意识，能积极面对工作挑战；

5. 有良好的职业素质、合作意识和团队精神；

6. 销售的解决方案包括但不限于保洁、运送、设备运行与维护、洗衣及用品发放、保安、绿化、等管理服务。
