一、岗位职责

1、负责医院项目运送部门工作的正常运行和管理；

2、落实公司标准化体系；

3、完成公司制定的部门年度财务指标；

4、定期走访客户，保持、提高客户满意度；

5、负责对下属的日常工作管理、管理技能培训，考核与激励等。

二、岗位要求

1、专科以上学历，年龄30-50周岁；                

2、熟练使用Office办公软件操作；

3、具有较强的组织协调、沟通能力及较强的紧急事务处理能力；

4、3年以上大型物业、酒店等服务行业客服管理工作经验。
