一、工作职责

【培训】

1、承接总部培训要求；

2、了解一线促销员培训需求反馈，必要时与总部一起开发相关课件；

3、落实培训，并推动执行，对培训追踪结果负责；

4、积极推动促销员参与自媒体、各类PK赛，并主动示范引导。

【零售管理】

1、承接总部零售管理要求；

2、促销活动资源配置和执行追踪；

3、各项零售指标设定和绩效考核；

4、数据真实性把关。

二 .岗位要求

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 3年以上大快消相关行业经验；

3. 有培训，团队管理，销售经验者优先；

4. 熟练掌握word, excel等办公技能；

5. 有自媒体品牌推广经验者优先。
