工作职责 Responsibilities：
1.市场阶段：市场评估和商务评定
Marketing phase: marketing evaluation and business assessment
1）辅助销售总监定义潜在项目、市场需求量及需求趋势；
To assistant sales director identify potential projects, market volume and trends
2）收集竞争对手技术数据，并建立竞争基准；
To collect technical data of competitors and establish competitive benchmark.
3）拜访车辆制造商/潜在客户/车辆段，并收集客户需求；
To collect customer needs and requirements via regular visit car builder/potential customer/depot.
4）支持销售经理制定白皮书。
Support sales manager to workout white book.
2.投标阶段
Pre-bid phase
1）分析ITT草案，准备SWOT（供货范围）(优势，缺点，机遇&挑战)分析，并且与最终用户、设计单位进行交流，介绍BT MTRAC？ 牵引和控制平台；
To analysis draft ITT and prepare SWOT(Scope of supplier)(strength, weakness, Opportunity&risk ) analysis, and try to communicate with end customer, consultant company and design institute to introduce BT MTRAC？ propulsion and control platform.
2）在BT支持下，准备原始费用模型SOS（供货范围）；
To prepare the initial cost model SOS(Scope of supply)with the help of BT support.
3）支持销售总监分析投标人建议和邀请。
To assist sales director analyze request for proposal/invitation to tender
3.投标阶段
Bid Finalization Phase
1）确定供货范围；
To finalize cost model(Scope of supply)
2）审核标书响应文件（包括技术偏离，技术分评估）；
To review bid response document (include technical deviation, internal technical score evaluation)
3）识别技术风险&机会；
Identify technical risk&opportunity.
4.谈判阶段
Negotiation Phase
1）与PPC参加技术谈判会议；
Take part in technical negotiation conference together with PPC
2）完成技术合同
Finalize technical contract
5.标后阶段
Post-bids phase
1）未中标项目进行标后分析，持续改进投标工作。
Perform post-bids analysis report of lost project to improve bid work continuously.

任职资格 Qualification：
1.机械工程，电气工程相关专业学士或硕士学历；
MSC or BSC in mechanical engineering, electric transmission engineering.
2.铁道应用工业行业3~5年工作经验，如机车制造商，车辆制造商。具备地铁/EMU/机车牵引系统知识；
Prefer with experience (3~5years) from working in railway application industry such as loco-builder, with propulsion system knowledge of Metro/EMU/Locomotive application.
3.具备高压，电器件基本知识；
With basic knowledge of HV components, control electronics
4.要求具备良好英语水平；具备欧洲文化的良好理解力；
Good English skills required;Good intercultural understanding with exposure to European.
5.具有一定的问题分析能力，面向目标，培训&指导，交流技巧，市场决策能力。
Ability to analyze, results orientation, coaching & mentoring, Communication Skills, Decision Marking.
