工作职责：

-          预定增值发票和信用记录等

-          应收及增值税（应收&应付）确认

-          应收账款的审核、维护以及对账一致

-          撰写应收账款的周度&月度报告

-          账目文件及报告的归档&装订

-          整理银行日志 & 银行预约

-          跟踪供应商银行付款流程及预定

-          AP的审核、维护和协调

-          整理AP的周度&月度报告

-          对非流动资产/递延费用折旧/摊销进行安排

-          以及其他上级交付的任务

任职资格：

-          大专以上学历，商科/财务/会计专业优先

-          有1-2年相关工作经验

-          良好的英文口语和书面表达能力

-          责任心强、诚实、注重细节，积极主动

-          扎实的会计知识基础，熟悉PRC会计准则

-          独立工作、自我激励和团队合作能力

Accountant- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable& Fix Assets

       Job Description:

-          VAT Fapiao Booking, Credit Notes Application, etc.

-          AR Clear & VAT (Receivable & Payable) Confirmation

-          AR Review, Maintenance & Reconciliation

-          AR Weekly & Monthly Reports

-          Accounts Documents & Reports Filing & Packing

-          Bank Log & Bank Booking

-          Vendor Bank Payment Process & Booking

-          AP Review, Maintenance & Reconciliation

-          AP Weekly & Monthly Reports

-          Non-Current Assets/Deferred Expenses Depreciation/Amortization Arrangement

-          Other Tasks as Required

Qualifications:

  Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business/Finance/Accounting 

-          1 or 2 years related working experience

-          Good English capability in both verbal & written

-          Accountable, honest, detail oriented and proactive

-           Solid accounting knowledge, familiar with PRC GAAP

-           Ability to work independently, self-motivated and team player
