1负责电商电商平台的筹建工作；主要平台为天猫，淘宝及京东。

2.负责电商平台店铺的运营管理工作，包括但不限于：店铺搜索排名、整体策划、活动营销、付费推广、充分利用渠道的各种活动资源，完成店铺的销售指标

3.分析销售数据、货品数据、浏览量、订单量等，提出并执行优化方案，从而达到增加店铺的转换率，吸引新顾客光顾；

4.研究行业趋势、竞争对手的动向、市场的变化及目标人群的消费行为制定有效的营销方案；

5.基于战略业务目标独立制定短中期运营规划方案，包括但不限于全年目标的制定、产品规划、人员规划、预算规划方案。

任职要求：

1.专科以上学历，电子商务、市场营销类相关专业；

2.至少3年以上电商运营相关经验；

3.掌握电商行业相关知识，主要包括：定价规则、广告投放、行业动向、营销节奏、行业标杆商家、竞争对手情况分析、电商平台规则动向、特色和人群等

4.具备优秀的学习力，对新事物、市场动态有好奇心，能够更快学习和领会新事物的特点，在不断实践中摸索，持续改进迭代

5.具备较强的逻辑思维、调研及数据分析能力，并善于通过数据指导优化运营

6.优秀的沟通协调能力，可以跨部门多线程进行工作推进和管理

7.有团队合作精神。
