Qualifications:

1. Bachlor degree or above, major in Business Administration prefered.
2. At least 7 years work experience and 5 years in management position in multinational company with fastener /hardware background.
3. Knowledgable of the fastener products and standards (ISO, DIN, GB…) is an advantage.
4. Must have good sales skill and management technique.
5. Strong business mind and intelligent analysis on the market.
6. Experience of daily operation management in terms of sales & logistics is plus.
7. Good command of English in both writing and oral.
8. Good computer literacy in English office environment

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for sales management in North China region. Maximize and defend existing businesses and market share.
2. Set up business development strategy for short term and long term.
3. Team building and manage to achieve sales target in the territory.
4. Direct sales team in the winning of new businesses and defense of existing businesses.
5. Manage daily operation in terms of sales, logistics and others.
6. Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits.
7. Understand customers' current requirement, future trend (commercial, technical application)
8. Market analysis including competitors and prospect.
9. Support key account development in cooperation with global accounts team and other sister company.
10. Prepare various sales reports and keep the Sales Manager posted of business progress.
11. If required, act as internal trainer to deliver internal training course to other colleagues
12. If required, actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects
