Key Responsibilities:-
主要职责:
- Management of Sales Management Function in each group company to ensure hitting targets
- Implementation and review of tactical and strategic sales initiatives
- Regular communication with General Manager updating on sales figures.
- Analysis of KPI’s
- Participate in cross-functional meetings on strategic issues
- Competitive Analysis and market trends investigation.
- People management of large sales team.
- Set up succession planning within sales team.
- Set up and manage sales forecasting and reporting techniques
- Segmentation of regional or industry targets markets per sales team
- Implement and improve and monitor motivation techniques for sales team
- Manage sales budget
- Improve customer relationship management practices
- Contribute resources and input to sales training
- Interview and hire sales executives alongside HR.

- Achieve target of number of companies advertising on the website versus pre-agreed targets.
- Delivery of tactical sales initiatives which increase revenue versus pre-defined targets.
- Delivery of sales motivation and training techniques which increase sales per person revenue versus pre defined targets.
- Delivery of accurate competitive analysis reports as requested by General Manager.
- Delivery of high quality functioning sales team versus pre-agreed staffing targets

- 达标或超标完成月度、季度和年度新单目标。
- 根据事先约定的目标,达标完成在网站发布广告的企业数。

- 按总经理要求,提供精确的竞争对手分析报告。
- 根据事先约定的人员目标,培养高质量的销售团队。
