Responsibility
1. Responsible for sales development in own territory under instruction.
2. Develop new business and maintain running business to achieve sales target.
3. Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
4. To plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with company. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging business network.
5. Promote company to customers and develop/maintain customer relationship.
6. Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits, to make business success.
7. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals.
8. Problem solving with proper action on customer complains and/or request.
9. Frequent travelling in assigned region.
10. Follow up instruction from the supervisor.
Education & Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business preferred.
2. Minimum 5 year’s sales experience in B2B company in OEM industry.
3. Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage.
4. Must have experience of business development and customer maintenance towards international company.
5. Strong at presentation and negotiation with customers in both Chinese and English. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
6. Good computer literacy in English office environment.

2. Should have clear business mind, proactive work attitude with result oriented.
2. Logical thinking, excellent communication skills and IT fluency.
3. Good representation and manners towards customers, especially global company.
