职位描述：
- Participation of the overall content strategy formulation and develop KOL development program to cultivate a pool of KOL exclusive for Preciosa under the overall content strategy umbrella;
- Develop effective communication programs via WeChat and Weibo to enhance the awareness of the brand;
- Up-to social and content trend and gain profound insights of target consumers;
- Identify business needs and develop social media plan

Key Skills / Attributes / Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in content marketing field
- Previous success in developing KOL experiences is preferred
- Good resources of CN local social media
- Have sufficient consumer understanding and marketing sense of China market
- Good working attitude and project management skills
- Basic graphic skills for daily Wechat and Weibo operation (photoshop/AI/Crd)
- Excellent interpersonal communication (written & oral) and influential skills
- Good command of English
