岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1.Summarize quality information, handle ongoing product, customer complaint, FPY, 0Km&Field returns, do analysis, improvement and report.汇总质量信息，处理客户投诉，0Km&售后退货分析、改进、汇报，制作质量挂图。
2.Push internal improvement by standing on the position of customer. Handle customer complain about quality to satisfy the customer, analyst the reject failure part, do 8D report and send back to customer站在客户的角度推进内部质量改进,处理客户提出的质量投诉，分析退回的不良品，编制8D并回复客户
3.Follow up and verified the corrective action.负责8D改进措施的实施和验证其有效性。
4.Create and submit PPAP/ PSW to customer for new projects确认不良成本。
5.Create and submit PPAP/ PSW to customer for new projectsPPAP的提交和资料准备。
6.Join in quality items improvement and following up.生产线专题不良的改进和跟踪。
7.Coordinate for all customer audit in referendum with CQE and follow up the action plan.协助客户质量主管进行客户审核并跟进改进计划的实施.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical engineering or mechatronics or precision engineering；本科以上，机械制造或机电工程或精益工程专业；
2.good command of English；良好的英语听、说、写能力；
3.Above 5 years in an automotive Company experience for quality assurance in international company；5年以上汽车行业的工作经验；
4.Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.3- Automotive experience；Professional knowledge of quality tools （SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, etc.）熟悉ISO/TS16949JI及VDA6.3-汽车行业经验；质量工具方面的专业知识（SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP等）；
