职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Assist in recruitment process including resume screening, arrange interview and liason with vendors if needed
2. Manage on-board procedure, prepare labor contracts and create employee file.
3. Assist in new hire orientation training and other training programs, update and maintain training record, liason with training vendors if needed.
4. Assist in employee relationship, including welfare and labor disputes.
5. Manager exit procedure.
6. Ensure timely and accurate monthly social security and housing fund handling
7. Manage attendance record and ensure all leaves are aglin with company requirements
8. Responsible for contract management.
9. Assist in performance review and maintain performance documents.
10. Work with Finance department on payroll management.
11. Assist in daily admin operations (20-30% of total workload)
12. Other tasks assigned by manager

Education & Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major in Human Resource or related is prefer.
2. At least 3 years experience in similar position in an international company.
3. Familiar with labor law and regulations.
4. Good command of English in both writing and oral.
