KSF Global Ltd is specialized in the supply of Retail Fixtures and managing the retail roll-out program (www.ksf-global.com).
KSF Supply Ltd is newly established business specialized in development and selling of Smart Ergonomic workstation (Electric height adjustable desks) to home offies, SMEs and large corporation (www.furnipluS.eU).

WE FAREAST TRADING LTD is the branch office of KSF.
Due to the business growth and expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team。
厦门璧合远东商贸有限公司是英国KSF公司的中国子公司,由于业务增长和扩张, 我们需要一位商务拓展专员加入团队。
Responsibilities:
1. Carry on market research in target countries globally against researching brief and criteria
2. Produce necessary introduction presentations in PPT and digital formats following the guideline provided
3. Approach the targeted companies and associations with introduction via email and telephone, collect information and conduct initial qualification
4. Analyze the data and produce executive report to the management team for decision
5. Organize the business trips and professionally look after the business visitors (Western and Chinese)
6. Travel alone or with MD in USA, Europe, Asia attending Business Development Meetings, trade shows.
7. Be flexible with domestic and international travelling, a period of 1-3 months working in the UK (Leicester) may apply.
8. Generate marketing contents, maintain related social media channels (Linkedin, Twitters, Facebooks) and website
9. Project management of commercial projects in terms of planning, implementing and coordinating the communications among all stake-holders to achieve the project deadlines.
10. Coordinate works with the external professionals / agencies
11. Organize seminar, marketing events, trade show
职责:

7。可以灵活安排时间在国内和国际旅行,每年可以在英国(莱斯特)工作1到3个月的时间如果需要。
8。产生营销内容,维护相关的社交媒体渠道(Linkedin,twitter,facebook)和网站
9。商业项目的项目管理,包括计划、实施和协调各相关群体之间的沟通,以达到项目的最后期限。
10。与外部专家/机构协调工作
11。组织研讨会,市场活动,贸易展览
To be qualified for this role, the candidate is expected to have the following:
Skills:
Fluent in oral English
Good at business writing in both English and Chinese
Good at MS office software, particularly Excel and PPT
Good self-learner, researcher and presenter
Logical-minded and attention to the details
Familiar with graphic editing software (Photoshop or Indesign)
Driving license, ideally has overseas driving experience
Working experience:
At least 3 years working experience (Essential) in similar business environment
Prior working experience overseas is preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor degree related to Marketing, Business and Management,
Overseas educational qualification is plus
Working condition:

Monday-Friday; 09:00 - 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break
Flexible working can be considered depends upon the job nature.
