职位描述：
“我们提供苏州往返无锡的班车，停靠站点涉及：苏州大道星湖街--青剑湖麦当劳--青剑湖唯澄路南公交站--中环S227--中环富元路”

Summary:
"1. Order Scheduling

"
Daily schedule new incoming orders and pull in /push out request from customers.
"Work on improving of delivery dates for orders which are committed later than customer request date and provide a best commit date to
"
customer. In addition, daily communicate with order management, customer service and marketing on delivery related matters . Need to
provide a recovery plan to customer if there was a miss of delivery date due to quality issue , materia shortahe, hicup at production & etc.
2.Production Planning
Based on demand status, available capacity and material to derive a 13 weeks/ 26 weeks build schedule. After created build plan, supply
will be created in SAP for ATP runs for order confirmation and material & chips planning . Upon loading she has to decide on loading qty
in order to achieve capacity optimization, ability to fulfill customers demand and inventory target reach. If product is under marketing
allocation , need to work closely with allocation manager in Rgb to discuss on loading plan . After loading qty has decided she has to
input target bin in Die Bond tool to generate chips require .
If required chips IP & wl is not available to need work with product engineer or product marketing for subsitution and solution. Work
closely with production to ensure WIP are moving per plan to meet build schedule.
If there is short term increase of demand which exceed current capacity (either heacount or machine capacity), she has to work with
production personnel and capacity planning for possible to support short term ramp up.
"3.Inventory Control

Managing FG inventory to ensure inventory level are meeting inventory target reach . Analyse FG inventory monthly and highlight to
management if there is a sudden increase of risk inventory e.g. Techinical Risk, fallout and dormant . Weekly monitoring of RMA
inventory and schedule RMA parts for rescreening according to disposition given by QA.
"4.New product
"
Work closely with RnD engineer for new product launch. Start planning of product in Q3 status. To advise RnD engineer on possibility to
release capacity for engineering build & etc.
5.Perfomance control
"Fully resposible for delivery reliability . To analyze on reason of 1st commit miss and work on improvement plan.

Monitoring of JIT performance for product under her resposibility
6.Quality Management
To support QA engineer and provide them information require like FG inventory , shipment history , customer order status when there is a
quality complaint from customer. To follow up closely with QA engineer for disposition of shipment halt FG stock.
7.Chips and material planning
To communicate closely with chips and material planner on availability of material to support increase demand , ramp up & pull in.
request . If there was sudden dropped of demand , will alert chips and material planner to push out material & chips.
