职位描述：
Job Purpose/ 职位目的:
1.Source and develop new suppliers to meet the demand of business development.
开发新供应商以满足业务拓展需要。
2.Review and manage the suppliers to ensure stable supply and cost control. 管理评估供应商，以保证稳定供应及成本控制。
Specific Accountabilities/ 具体职责:
1、 Lead the whole process of sourcing activities
主导供应商开发的各项工作
2、 Source and establish the supplier base in conformance with the demand of business development
根据业务发展需要寻找并开发新供应商
3、 Work closely with NPD ＆ R＆D teams to ensure suppliers are involved in development and review of specifications
与NPD ＆ R＆D团队紧密配合以保证供应商参与到材料的开发及评估
4、 Use project management skills and tools to investigate alternate component technologies for reduced cost or improved quality and reliability
运用项目管理的方法分析替代物料的技术，以降低成本，提高质量及可靠性
5、 Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives
负责供应商谈判以满足质量，交付及成本的目标
6、 Evaluate current and potential suppliers regularly to ensure stable supply, cost control and continuous improvements.
定期评估现有及潜在的供应商，保证稳定供应，成本控制及持续改进
7、 Make the reasonable material planning and ensure the in-time materials supply
制定合理的物料需求计划，保证物料供应及时
8、 Assist with quality problem resolution
协助质量问题的解决
9、 Other assignments given by the management

Qualifications/任职要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above, polymer background preferred 本科以上学历, 高分子聚合物专业优先考虑
2. At least 5 years of sourcing or purchase related working experience 五年以上供应商开发或采购工作经验
3.Effective English communication （written＆ verbal） ability 良好的英文读、写、听、说能力
4.Proficient computer skills with ERP system operation experience, NAV or Oracle experience would be better 熟练操作电脑并有ERP运行经验,有NAV或Oracle操作经验更佳
5. Professional Excel skills, expert in use of Pivot table, better to know of Macro programming
专业的Excel操作技能，擅长数据透视表的运用，最好熟悉宏程序
6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, leadership ability and excellent data analysis capabilities 良好的沟通和谈判能力，有领导力，良好的数据分析能力 举报 分享
