INSPECTORS
验货员
- Age: 18 – 24 years old.
年龄：18-24岁
- Education: High School or above
教育背景：高中及以上
- Work experience: It’s not mandatory
工作经验：不限
- Technological skills: general knowledge of internet, email, word, excel, photo camera operation.
专业技能：上网操作、发邮件、相机、Word、Excel的简单操作
- Additional skills: able to read and understand properly, write properly, count, able to learn the structure of shipping documents, packing list files and inspection reports.
附加技能：良好的阅读理解及书写能力，大概熟知货运单、装箱单、验货报告等文件
- Others: Patient and careful on details, able to travel and accept flexible working hours / days (even on holidays if it’s requested).
其他：耐心，细心，能接收出差，弹性工作时间（工作需要可能会是周末）
- Sense of responsibility, honest, loyal and positive thinking way.

Main responsibilities:

- Check email daily in order to receive inspection documents.
收发关于验货文件的邮件
- Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
准时到达工作地点验货，与供应商进行及时沟通
- Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures.
按照公司验货流程进行作业
- Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.
根据公司验货流程进行监柜
- Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and time lines.
