Staff Engagement and Development Manager

Our client is a world famous luxury company and it's in fast growing period in China.

Position Description
-Provides organizational development process expertise for leadership team and key talent development. Facilitates talent reviews and succession planning consensus reviews. Guides analysis and communication of strategic talent pipeline building/leadership bench strength information.
-Identify, design and develop programs to support employee engagement and culture building. Facilitate effective two way communication as well as Survey and action plan to support employee connection, collaboration and engagement.
-Design and develop effective strategies that enable and align the organization for effective change management after periods of change (e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructurings)
-Identify training and development needs by maintaining frequent discussions, both informal and formal, with respective functional heads and employees at different levels; understanding the business objectives and plans; reviewing data collected from Training Needs Survey, etc. so as to gain a clear understanding of the training and development requirements and the employees as well as the current issues faced by them
-Handle employee relations issues at all levels by HR, line managers, mediating and resolving disputes, coordinating investigations of complaints; Manage labor dispute / arbitration and potential ER cases.
-Other ad-hoc project/program in relations to employee relation, engagement and culture building.
Position Requirements
-Related work experience in multinational companies, with 5+ years in talent management/development.
-Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis related to Human Resources strategic and operational initiatives.
-Project management experience including plan development, budget management, team management, requirements gathering, delivery and deployment.
