职位描述：

海运舱位专员District OSC FCL Support

Responsibilities:

- Booking consolidation amongst CS BU (in) and carriers (out) thru Sea Warder;

- Release booking confirmation (S/O) to CS team;

- Complete Shipped On Board (pre-advise) within the time frame;

- Inform superiors of any irregularities and claims or problems that require assistance;

- Incident management – handle carriers inquiries, complaints;

- Carry out approved proposed improvement / change on procedure and system made by superior;

- Liaise with carriers on equipment, transportation, handle DG & special equipment shipment;

- Update and inform superior of forecasted and resources requirement for capacity planning / capacity management and resources allocation with carriers;

- To take up additional tasks as assigned;

- Back up for other members when necessary;

- Execute carrier policy to comply with PA strategy, review and measure the performance of carriers;

- Monitor and secure carrier allocations and operation efficiency;

- Maintain the Sea Warder status;

- Maintain the internal tools within OSC SZX
