职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:
Overall responsible for SPC headcounter and routine work management (transfer C products),
ensure the team performance fulfill department requirements and compliant with company strategy and policy.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. SPC headcounter management, including recruitment, training, discipline, performance evaluation, etc.
2. SPC routine work management, ensure correct execution and work quality.
3. Support to develop new procedure/activitie to enhance process control.
4. Drive improvements for violation or non-conformance detected during SPC routine inspection/audit.
5. CPK monitoring and drive continous improvement to reduce gab with Penang.
6. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 举报 分享
